Returns and Refunds

At Impregnationoutlet we strive to make our customers satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the instructions below to ensure your returns process runs smoothly:

1. Return request: Please contact our customer service at info@impregneeroutlet.nl within 14 days of receiving your order to report your return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Packaging and Shipping Label: Please ensure that the goods are in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received them.

4. Processing and Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, we will process the refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation via email.
